Our administrative order processing offers yet more evidence of our staff’s dedication and expertise. Our Sales Support & Logistics staff work closely with the QA/QC & Certificates Department to ensure flawless and reliable order processing.

You can rest assured that your delivery will be complete, in other words accompanied by all necessary transport documents, certificates and any grade markings on the materials. Certificates are sent on the day that the materials leave our warehouse, or in advance at your request. After consultation, certificates can also be retrieved from the cloud using Sharepoint.

Before we ship your order, we send you a preannouncement so that you know precisely when you can expect your materials to arrive.

If your order is to be shipped overseas, we take care of all transport documents, for example the certificate of origin, bill of lading, export compliance documents and any necessary legalisations.

Thanks to our close relationship with transport companies and shipping agents, Stigterstaal can guarantee punctual delivery. Every delivery has our full attention, whether the customer is around the corner or in a distant country.
